ABOUT BROBST FAMILY DENTISTRY

Edward Brobst (Retired October 1, 2025) was born and raised in Brookfield, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri Kansas City and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies he was accepted and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City Dental School. Dr. Brobst is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Society, as well as the Greater Kansas City Dental Society where he continues to stay current on the latest research through continuing education courses.

Dr. Brobst is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their best possible dental health as well as spending time with his wife of over 40 years. Together they raised two wonderful daughters, both graduates of the University of Missouri, Columbia. Now both are married and starting to expand the family with grandkids. Dr. Brobst’s other interests include rooting for the Chiefs and Royals, movies, music and endless DIY home improvement projects. He is truly enjoying being a Grandpa!

I’m passionate about building real connections with my patients and making sure you feel at ease every step of the way. It’s not just about clean teeth—it’s about helping you feel good, inside and out.

When I’m not in the office, I’m usually off traveling, exploring new places, or spending time with my friends and family. I believe life (and smiles) are meant to be shared!

Kay is the first friendly face you see when you come into our office. As office manager, she wants to make sure you are relaxed and given the treatment you deserve. She has been working for Dr. Brobst for over ten years.

Kay was born in western Kansas and moved to Kansas City from Omaha, NE in 1995. She has been married to her husband, Dave over 35 years and has three wonderful children and four grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, fishing and boating.

Hi – I’m Brittnie, I started working with Dr. Brobst back in 2012, and I’ve been in love with dentistry ever since. Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—helping patients chairside as a dental assistant and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk. What I enjoy most is getting to know our patients and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

Before dentistry, I proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserve, and that experience taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and service—things I carry into my work every day.Outside the office, I’m “mom” first and foremost to my two amazing boys. They keep me busy, laughing, and constantly on my toes, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Rashelle was born and spent most of her childhood in Holden, MO. She is a Certified Dental Assistant, graduating from Concord Career College. Rashelle enjoys helping others and strives to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visit.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two little boys. She’s also has a nice size garden, and often brings in fresh veggies for the staff. Rashelle also enjoys fishing and riding the side-by-side.
