Brobst Family Dentistry has been delivering quality dental services to the Kansas City area since we opened our practice on North Oak in 2001. Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our patients. Dr. Edward Brobst has over 30 years of experience in the Dental Profession and is passionate about providing the best dental care.

EDWARD B. BROBST DDS
Edward Brobst was born and raised in Brookfield, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri Kansas City and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies he was accepted and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City Dental School. Dr. Brobst is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Society, as well as the Greater Kansas City Dental Society where he continues to stay current on the latest research through continuing education courses.
Dr. Brobst is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their best possible dental health as well as spending time with his wife of over 35 years. Together they raised two wonderful daughters, both graduates of the University of Missouri, Columbia. Dr. Brobst’s other interests include rooting for the Chiefs and Royals, movies, music and endless DIY home improvement projects. Dr. Brobst’s goal is to provide quality, comfortable dentistry for all his patients and looks forward to taking care of their dental needs.
RACHAEL GONZALEZ – HYGIENIST
Rachel is a registered dental hygienist and join Brobst Family Dentistry in 2020. She received her degree in applied sciences dental hygiene from Georgia State University.
Needless to say Rachel enjoys the dental field. She has a great passion for helping people, she takes pride in producing high-quality care, and really enjoys building patient rapport to gain their trust and confidence.
Born and raised in Kansas City Missouri Rachel enjoy spending time with her two daughters, fishing, hunting, archery tournaments and all things outdoors.
KAY WOOD – OFFICE MANAGER
Kay is the first friendly face you see when you come into our office. As office manager, she wants to make sure you are relaxed and given the treatment you deserve. She has been working for Dr. Brobst for over ten years.
Kay was born in western Kansas and moved to Kansas City from Omaha, NE in 1995. She has been married to her husband, Dave for 29 years and has three wonderful children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, fishing and boating.
RASHELLE McCRACKIN – DENTAL ASSISTANT
Rashelle was born and spent most of her childhood in Holden, MO. She is a Certified Dental Assistant, graduating from Concord Career College. Rashelle enjoys helping others and strives to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visit.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two little boys. She’s also has a nice size garden, and often brings in fresh veggies for the staff. Rashelle also enjoys fishing and riding the side-by-side.
